Vibe Drive – Data Deletion Instructions

Introduction

At Vibe Drive, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account or any associated data from our platform, you can do so easily by following the steps below.

Option A: In-App Deletion (Recommended for Apps)

Provide a clear path for the user to do it themselves.

• Step 1: Open the Vibe Drive app on your device.
• Step 2: Tap on the Profile/Menu icon.
• Step 3: Go to Settings or Account Details.
• Step 4: Tap on "Delete Account".
• Step 5: Confirm the deletion. Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our servers immediately.

Option B: Manual Request (Email)

This is a backup for users who have already uninstalled the app or are having trouble.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request data deletion by emailing our support team at support@clynnmobee.com.

Please include the Phone Number or Email Address associated with your Vibe Drive account.

Once the request is verified, your data will be deleted within 48-72 hours.

Option C: Facebook-Specific Deletion

Since this is for your Facebook Business Profile, you should add this specific instruction:

To remove the Vibe Drive integration from your Facebook account:

• Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
• Click on Apps and Websites.
• Find Vibe Drive and click Remove.

What Data is Deleted?

List the types of data that will be wiped to show transparency:

• User Profile Information (Name, Email, Phone Number).
• Saved Locations.
• Authentication details (Firebase/Facebook login tokens).
